BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

To avoid errors, please ensure you read and understand the following information before booking your appointment.

• To secure your booking, a non-refundable payment in full is required. 

• For their own safety and the comfort of our clients, children are not allowed to attend your appointment with you.

• Before attending your appointment, we ask that you follow the pre-care steps outlined in our Lash and Brow Care guide. 

• Should you wish to cancel your appointment, our Cancellation Policy will apply.

• 100% of the treatment fee is payable for any cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hrs prior to your appointment. 

• Appointments are non-refundable to another person.
