  • If you are late to your appointment you run the risk of not having a complete treatment. Partial treatment is performed at the discretion of Alethea V Brow Studio.

  • For their own safety and the comfort of our clients, children cannot attend your appointment with you. 

  • Reactions and infections can occur up to 48-hours after your appointment. By allowing Alethea V Brow Studio to perform all or any part of your treatment, you release Alethea V Brow Studio of any liability for any injury or illness caused by the treatment

  • To secure your booking, upfront full payment is required when booking online.  If you need to cancel your appointment, our cancellation policy will apply.

  • We know life can be full of surprises! We have made rescheduling and cancellations available online for greater flexibility. Simply click on the cancel/reschedule button found on the bottom of your confirmation email sent to you. 

    NEW BROW CANCELLATION POLICY- 100% of the treatment fee is payable for any cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hrs prior to your appointment. 

    Any changes required within 24 hours of your appointment, we kindly ask that you call us as soon as possible. If your call is not answered or your call is after hours, please text Alethea on 0416371863

    Instagram Direct Messaging is not to be used as a means for cancellations/rescheduling. 

    If you change or cancel your appointment, we reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee as per the appointment policy.  

    Any fee due will be charged to the credit card held on file or at the time of your next appointment.

  • Refunds are not offered for completed or partial treatments. Refunds or exchanges are offered for products purchased in the salon. To receive a refund or exchange, products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as when they were originally purchased. We will not accept or provide an exchange or refund for any item that has been used or damaged or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

  • At the time of booking, we ask that you notify us of any relevant medical conditions, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. If you are on topical skin medication, activated skin creams/serum/cleanser, or acne medication you must tell your brow stylist each time you come in.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12-months from the purchase date. Gift vouchers will not be accepted after the expiry date. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. You must bring your gift voucher to your appointment. Our Cancellation Policy also applies to gift vouchers.
