How do I make an appointment? You can book your appointment here! Our online booking system makes it simple and easy for you to see which days and times we have available for appointments.

Help! I don’t know which service to book for.
That’s okay – just send us an SMS asking what to book and we’ll guide you.

Will you confirm my booking?
Yes! Soon after you’ve booked your appointment, we will send you an email to confirm your appointment. 48 hours before you appointment, we will also send you a reminder text and email.

I need to change my booking – help!
If it’s more than 24 hours until your appointment, you can change your appointment time via the link we sent you in your appointment confirmation email. 

Oh no! I can’t attend my appointment.
As soon as you can, please send us an SMS to let us know you can’t attend your appointment. If it’s less than 24 hours until your appointment, our Cancellation Policy will apply.

Where is the salon located?
Our gorgeous salon is located at Shop 6/109 Holland Road, Holland Park QLD 4121. 

Where can I park?
We have 2 allocated car parks on site, and street parking is also available.
